Every order is sent to you directly from our fulfilment centre & all orders are dispatched using a tracked delivery service. After your order is placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can track your order's delivery progress.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

In the unlikely event the courier cannot deliver your item it will be returned to us, your order will be returned to KidsPartyCraft™. At this point, we offer 2 resolutions:

- Your order can be re-dispatched (paying the postage)
- Your order can be refunded (minus the original delivery cost highlighted in the table above).
