Ordering & Delivery
What are your delivery options and times?
We offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs:
Standard Delivery: Usually arrives within [2-4 days].
Express Delivery: Receive your order within [2 days, usually next day].
International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping currently.
How much does shipping cost?
Our Standard shipping fee is £3.99 and this is on a Royal Mail 48 hour service.
Shipping is free for orders over £30.00, and will be sent on a Royal Mail 48 hour service.
For express shipping (1-2 working days) Royal Mail 24, the fee is £5.99
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently do not offer shipping outside of the UK.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Also, if you have an account, simply log in and you can see the status of your order in the account menu.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at info@kidspartycraft.com. We’ll help track down your package as soon as possible.
Do you offer same-day or express delivery?
We currently offer express delivery within [2 days] but not same-day delivery. To ensure fast delivery, please select the express option at checkout. All orders placed before 2pm are dispatched on the same working day, excluding weekends, bank holidays and any seasonal holidays.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return items within [30 days] of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Please visit our Returns Policy page for more details.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kidspartycraft.com. We'll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back. Once received, we’ll process your return as quickly as possible. All returns are at the cost of the customer and will only be refunded once the return is received and checked.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are typically processed within [2 days] of receiving your returned item. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes, we offer exchanges for products of the same value. To exchange an item, please reach out to us at info@kidspartycraft.com to check availability and start the process. The return of the original product will be at the customers expense.

Are your products safe for children?
Yes! All of our products meet or exceed safety standards and are carefully selected with children in mind. If you have specific concerns or need more information about a product, please check the product description or contact us at info@kidspartycraft.com. As a general rule of thumb, all products are suitable for ages 3+ unless otherwise stated.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
Our website displays real-time stock information. If a product is available, you’ll see an “Add to Cart” button. If an item is out of stock, you’ll see a message indicating it is unavailable. You can also sign up for restock alerts if offered.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We frequently restock popular products. If an item is currently unavailable, you can sign up for back-in-stock notifications (where available) or contact us at info@kidspartycraft.com to get an estimated restock date. Generally, if a product is a clearance item, we won't re-stock it.
Can I request a custom product or theme?
